When life events pull us away from this healthy part, we can have difficulty coping with stress, finding solutions, and moving forward in life. We may feel lost, uncertain, or overwhelmed with distress or other negativity. It may seem as if we will never find a balance.
Our inner healthy part is always with us, and it has the ability to find a balance, discover solutions, and guide us toward our life goals in a healthy way.
