We all have many inner parts, with different interests, strengths, and challenges.
One of these parts is our inner healthy part, which strives to be well in mind, body, and spirit. When life events pull us away from this healthy part, we can have difficulty coping with stress, finding solutions, and moving forward in life. We may feel lost, uncertain, or overwhelmed with distress or other negativity. It may seem as if we will never find a balance.
